The Elster-Lauch-Tour runs through the wood and meadow rich area of the nature reserve Niederlausitzer Heidelandschaft. At the start of the tour the preserved park of the palace M�ckenberg reminds us of the founding time of our town.

We ride on the dam of the Schwarzen Elster toPlessa. At the historicalElster-mill from the 15th century invites the inn "M�hlensch�nke" a little rest. Then we ride through Plessa past the former power station that is today a technical museum to the Gr�newalder Lauch.

The cycle tour turns back via Gr�newalde, where we recommend a visit to the M�hlenhofmuseum, through the NSG Seewald to Lauchhammer.
