Guteborn past and present

The origin of Guteborn goes back to the 13th century when it was owned by the Standesherrschaft Ruhland, which collapsed later and the individual estates disintegrated. Guteborn subsequently emerges as an independent hereditary mansion. A palace building was first mentioned in 1575 from which in the course of time a palace facility with park surfaced that dominated the whole village.
