The Goldborn

It is the largest and prettiest natural spring, which can still be recognised in the� Niederlausitz. Its name is based on the spongy, yellowish to gold coloured ferrous oxide deposits at the surface.
It can be found at the inn "Stegsch�nke".

One should definitely pay a visit to the old mill in Zwietow during a stroll through the forays in the Calauer Schweiz.

The Viewing Tower near Wei�ag

A highly recommended starting point is the viewing tower "Calauer Schweiz"�near Wei�ag.
It was built on the initiative of the Schutzgemeinschaft Calauer Schweiz near the Spitzer Berg and offers a wonderful view over the whole region, form Cottbus in the west to L�bbenau in the north. When the sight is good one can even see the Hutberg�near Kamenz.
